It contains aromatic molecules that are able to cross the blood/brain barrier relaxing body and mind.
To prepare an anxiety massage oil combine:
- 50 ml of carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond or coconut oil);
- 8 drops of essential oils of lavender;
- 4 drops of bergamot;
- 4 drops of peppermint;
- 3 drops of geranium;
- 1 drop of clary sage.[/dropshadowbox]
Use a dark glass jar to prevent oxidation and store it in cool place. Massage the oil into your body in circular movement or add the oil into the palms of your hands and rub them together to spread the oil. Cup them over your nose and inhale deeply.
