Guiaʼs Raw chocolate almond cookies

The ingredients are all raw
This spring season, indulge yourself on healthy living food packed with enzymes,
valuable vitamins, and other things that can promote health, strengthen the immune system and tastes good.
The raw chocolate almond cookies are easy to digest and high in natural vitamins and minerals.
Almonds, coconut oil and cashews are great source of vitamin E and magnesium and offers protein, fiber, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron. It is also a good fat and helps to lower cholesterol without the use of drugs. Good fats and oils help the thyroid function and helps to balance progesterone and strogen in the body.
According to Chinese Medicine food chart, dates and nuts helps to balance internal
dampness and supports the Kidneys.

Cacao beans contain over 300 chemically identifiable compounds, according to David Wolf, author of the book “Naked Chocolate”. It is a natural aphrodisiac and elevates your mood and energy.
Ingredients
11/2 cups of raw almond
1/2 cup raw cashews
8 medjool pitted dates
2 Tbsp of raw cacao
1 Tbsp of coconut butter
1/2 cup coconut shredded
1 Tbsp of raw agave
1/4 cup of dry apricots
Preparation:
Soak almonds over night for 12 hours in spring water. In the morning feed
your plants with the soaking water they will love it. Soak cashews and dates
for 3 hours.
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine almonds, cashews, dates,
and 1/2 cup of water from soaked dates making it into a thick dough.
Than add  raw cacao powder, shredded coconut, 1 Tbsp of agave
and coconut butter.
Pour butter into a teflon sheet or wax paper and spread evenly
forming a square shape. You may also pour small amount and shape
it into a circle to make individual cookies.
Dehydrate at 115F° for 12 hrs or until desired consistency.

You may use a dehydrator or dehydration oven with the temperature below 200°F/121°C) to dehydrate the cookies.
You may choose to decorate the cookies with dry apricots or sprinkle coconut half way through dehydration.
Store the cookies into a glass jar or zip lock bag.

½ Cup Raw, Organic cashews

Small Handful Wild Balinese Cacao Beans

1 Tablespoon Raw, Organic Cacao Powder

¼ Cup Raw, Organic Brazil Nuts

2 Tablespoons Raw Bee Pollen

1 Tablespoon Raw, Organic Maca or Red Maca

3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
½ teaspoon Kola Nut Powder
Amazonian Herbal Tea made by brewing 1½ teaspoons of Chuchuhuasi with 3 Cups of Water.

Banana, Mango, or other Organic Fruit to taste

Blend all ingredients on high for one minute. With the addition of other nuts in this smoothie, you may wish to strain the resulting drink. All the ingredients in this smoothie contain elements which work to increase our energy levels and support fertility.
